About The Position
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program
- State of Michigan Occupational Therapist License Upon Hire
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (OTR) Upon Hire
- State of Michigan Driver's License Upon Hire
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days
