About The Position

Vein Clinics of Lake County LLC is seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist to join its Vein and Wound Care Clinic as a full-time Lymphedema Therapist. The role provides expert lymphedema care in a supportive clinical environment and offers the opportunity to develop specialized expertise. Prior lymphedema certification is not required; the clinic will support the therapist in obtaining the necessary certification.

Requirements

Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) or Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Active Ohio Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Nice To Haves

Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or vascular rehabilitation is preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema and chronic edema and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer complete decongestive therapy and compression management.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to support optimal outcomes.
Educate patients and families on long-term lymphedema care and edema management.
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards.
Uphold a safe, clean, and professional clinical environment.
