About The Position

Posterity Group LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide services to veterans at their Rockville, MD headquarters. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, documenting progress, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and educating patients and caregivers. The Occupational Therapist will maintain accurate clinical records, adhere to guidelines, and participate in team meetings, contributing to a patient-focused environment that supports accessible, high-quality rehabilitative care.

Requirements

• Demonstrated clinical skills in occupational therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention for diverse patient populations.
• Ability to perform functional assessments and utilize evidence-based, data-driven approaches to support patient recovery and independence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Organizational and documentation skills to manage caseloads, maintain accurate records, and comply with regulatory and company standards.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Maryland State Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain) and applicable certifications.
• Commitment to patient-centered care, continuous learning, and aligning practice with evidence-based guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitative settings is preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
