About The Position
H2 Health Prime Living is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 care within a luxury Senior Living community in Stuart. The role focuses on helping seniors maintain independence, confidence, and quality of life through meaningful, goal-driven interventions. The Occupational Therapist will also collaborate with home health partners within the same communities to ensure care continuity and seamless transitions for patients and staff.
Requirements
- A graduate of an accredited Occupational therapy program.
- An active or eligible state license to practice.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
