About The Position

We’re seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver high-quality 1:1 care in a flexible, mobile outpatient setting near you. Requirements
- Active, state-specific OT license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Liability insurance
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- 1 year of experience required

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality 1:1 care in a flexible, mobile outpatient setting.
- Provide outpatient occupational therapy in patients’ homes.
- Document in minutes via phone call.
- Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
