About The Position
Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric in-home or hybrid therapy services in Lufkin, Texas. The role supports children in developing independence, confidence, and everyday-life skills through creative, compassionate, evidence-based care. The therapist will work collaboratively with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, families, and a multidisciplinary team. The position is listed as PRN and part-time, with flexible scheduling options. Pay starts at $70 per session, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Eligibility for stipends and bonuses depends on meeting required visit minimums and length of employment.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in in-home or hybrid settings.
- Create individualized treatment plans focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, activities of daily living, self-regulation, and play.
- Educate and empower families to support skill-building at home.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain timely documentation.
