Requirements

• Graduate of an occupational therapy program with either a Baccalaureate or Master's Degree accredited by the American Occupational Therapy.
• Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist with current and unencumbered license to practice in the state of employment.
• Two years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization.
• Possess and maintain valid CPR.
• Must have obtained in-person with a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of standards of care for occupational therapy services.
• Direct patient care as defined by the state Occupational Therapy Practice Act.
