About The Position
Big Stone Therapies is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join their therapy team in Aitkin, MN. This position is based at Vitality Living of Aitkin and offers a flexible schedule of 24-32 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 40 hours. The role involves working in various settings including Skilled Nursing Facilities/Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC), Home Health, and Assisted Living Facilities/Independent Living (ALF/IL). New graduates are encouraged to apply, and student loan repayment plans are available. There is an opportunity for career advancement into leadership roles such as Site Coordinator or Clinic Manager.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Must have, or be eligible for, OT licensing in Minnesota.
Nice To Haves
- Interest in working with Lymphedema patients.
- Willingness to be trained in Lymphedema therapy.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in SNF/LTC, Home Health, and ALF/IL settings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Potentially take on leadership responsibilities such as Site Coordinator or Clinic Manager.
- Work with Lymphedema patients (training provided).
