The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients by evaluating functional abilities, interpreting clinical findings, and developing individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary care team. This position provides therapeutic interventions that may include therapeutic exercises and activities, modalities, activities of daily living training, orthotic management, and vocational and homemaking skills. The role monitors patient progress, modifies treatment plans as appropriate, and supports patients in achieving established therapeutic goals and the highest possible level of functional independence.
