About The Position
The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida has been providing exceptional patient care for 50 years and is a Service Driven organization that prides itself in Excellence. We seek Motivating professionals who will join our committed team. SUMMARY: To ensure delivery of quality occupational therapy services and to provide Case Management for patients through comprehensive assessments and coordination of agency services. To assure compliance with current physician's orders, appropriate interventions and reports to the physician, and complete and accurate documentation in the clinical record.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Florida Occupational Therapy license
- Must have at least one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health care experience is a plus
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities are an asset
Responsibilities
