About The Position
Symbria is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their Rehab Team at Mount Alverna Village in Parma, OH. This role is focused on impacting the lives of the older adult population by delivering patient-centered care in senior-living and post-acute settings. Requirements
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists
- Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license
Nice To Haves
- Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
Responsibilities
- Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans
- Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants
- Maintain productivity standards
- Complete required documentation
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve
