About The Position
Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services in a home setting. Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents in a home setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
