About The Position
Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) assignment working day shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with 35 guaranteed hours per week. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional limitations to improve independence with daily living activities and overall quality of life in a skilled nursing setting. This role focuses on patient-centered rehabilitation, functional mobility, safety awareness, adaptive techniques, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- BLS Certification required
- Strong communication and patient education skills required
- Ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary rehab team
Nice To Haves
- SNF or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Experience working with geriatric populations preferred
