About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics has an exciting opportunity available for an Occupational Therapist (OTR) serving Clover Park, WA for the 2026–2027 school year, with the opportunity for year-to-year extension based on program needs. This is a fully onsite, flexible full-time or part-time W-2 position offering a Total Rewards Benefit Package and the opportunity to support students in a school-based setting. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current State Occupational Therapist license
Current NBCOT certificate
Current CPR certification
Efficient problem-solving skills
Must keep best interest of the client and family at the forefront of all activities
Collaborative nature
Allegiance to the mission, values, and vision of the organization
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
Create personalized treatment plans to meet clients' goals and enhance their functional abilities.
Educate clients and their families on improving daily activities, including the use of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Advocate for clients' needs and support them in accessing community resources, services, and accommodations.
