Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition)
Passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential
Adaptable, growth-minded, and excited about innovation in healthcare

Pediatric experience preferred

Responsibilities

Transforming children's lives through pediatric therapy.
Collaborating with a mission-driven team.
Participating in interdisciplinary support with OT, PT, and Speech Therapy.
Direct access to Board-Certified Behavior Analysts for behavior support.
Receiving mentorship and specialty training from a Dedicated Clinical Competency Specialist.
