About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are seeking a therapist who enjoys helping residents improve independence, rebuild daily living skills, and achieve meaningful functional progress in a supportive rehab environment.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license required
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on self-care skills, cognition, upper extremity function, coordination, and adaptive techniques
- Help residents improve safety and independence with everyday activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to support resident-centered care
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
