About The Position

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Occupational Therapist (OT) position. This role is part of an in-house program within a welcoming, slower-paced community environment that delivers holistic care with a strong focus on prevention. The position offers a salary with 75% productivity benchmarks and no mandated group treatment. Specialized on-site training is delivered during paid work hours, with some sessions eligible for CEUs. The role utilizes state-of-the-art rehab gyms and equipment. There is an opportunity to build relationships by following residents across the full continuum of care, including inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services. Clinically driven, patient-centered treatment decisions guide all programs and care plans. The company fosters a positive leadership philosophy that gives therapists opportunities to provide input into programming, systems, and creative idea sharing. As a non-profit organization, student loan forgiveness is available after 10 years. In this role, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
  • Compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process
