About The Position
PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join its home health care team in Southwest Houston, Texas. The Occupational Therapist partners with patients in their recovery, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life at home. The role focuses on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, supporting long-term wellness, promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands-on interventions tailored to individual needs. The position provides skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas.
- Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
- Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a variety of patient personalities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Professional, compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.

- Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
