About The Position

H2 Health Prime Living is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 care to residents within a luxury Senior Living community in Sinking Spring. This position will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active or eligible state license to practice

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!

Responsibilities
