About The Position
Provides OT evaluations and treatments to patients with functional or adaptive needs to improve independence in daily living.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state OT license.
- Must maintain license in good standing.

- Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and establish treatment goals.
- Provide interventions such as self-care training and adaptive equipment.
- Document evaluations, treatments, and progress.
- Supervise COTAs and collaborate with care teams.
- Train caregivers and nursing staff.
