Small Steps is excited to offer a unique hybrid role that will provide occupational therapy services across both our outpatient clinics and ABA programs. This model fosters meaningful cross-disciplinary collaboration while supporting children across a variety of therapeutic environments. Rather than working in silos, our clinicians partner closely to develop cohesive, functional, and family-centered treatment plans that honor each child's strengths, interests, and goals. Our approach is built on mentorship, collaboration, and the belief that every clinician brings unique expertise to the team. We are committed to a neurodiversity-affirming, child-led, and play-based philosophy, recognizing that children learn best when they feel safe, respected, and engaged. By working alongside behavior analysts and other therapy disciplines, our occupational therapists have the opportunity to advocate for sensory-informed, regulation-focused, and strengths-based practices that enhance participation and quality of life across settings. We believe the best outcomes happen when professionals learn from one another. This hybrid position provides a rewarding opportunity to bridge outpatient and ABA services, foster interdisciplinary problem-solving, and help shape an integrated model of care where every child's voice, autonomy, and individuality are respected. If you're passionate about collaboration, lifelong learning, and providing affirming, evidence-informed care, you'll find a supportive team that values your perspective and empowers you to make a meaningful impact every day.
