About The Position

Cranial Technologies is hiring a full-time Clinician in its Indio, California outpatient pediatric clinic. The position works exclusively with infants, providing treatment with the DOC Band® to reshape head shapes and EarWell® to correct ear shapes. Clinicians evaluate and treat plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears, and build relationships with families throughout treatment. The clinic is child-friendly and state-of-the-art, with direct patient care and minimal paperwork. The company provides formal training and mentoring. A pediatric background is preferred but not required. Cranial Technologies describes opportunities for future work in training, mentoring, and travel, as well as internal growth and promotional tracks. The pay range is $87,000–$97,000, dependent on tenure in the field and relevant experience. The position is also eligible for quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises.

Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist.
500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices, such as splints, braces, or maternity belts.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
