About The Position

Cranial Technologies is hiring a full-time Clinician to work in its pediatric outpatient clinic in Boca Raton, Florida. The position works exclusively with infants and focuses on evaluating and treating plagiocephaly and misshapen ears using the DOC Band® cranial shaping orthosis and EarWell® ear correction system. Clinicians provide direct patient care and build relationships with families throughout treatment. The role offers the opportunity to specialize in a niche area in a child-friendly, state-of-the-art clinic, with formal training and mentoring provided. The schedule follows a traditional workweek, with no nights and minimal to no weekend work. The role has minimal paperwork and no productivity or patient quotas. The position offers a salary range of $90,000–$100,000, dependent on tenure and relevant experience, and is eligible for quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises. Further growth opportunities include training, mentoring, and travel.

Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices, such as splints, braces, or maternity belts.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
Background knowledge of symmetry and asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant or toddler development.

Responsibilities
