Provides program participant evaluations, occupational therapy services, and may supervise Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants. This role involves administering innovative treatment programs, managing caseloads, setting up home exercise programs, and performing home evaluations as needed. The Occupational Therapist will maintain timely and appropriate participant documentation and collaborate with various professionals, families, and community resources to ensure the effectiveness of the occupational therapy program. Additionally, the role includes participating in in-service programs, maintaining departmental budgets, and adhering to all relevant standards and ethics.
