Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Illinois OTR/L license OR ability to obtain

- Experience in rehab or long-term care is a plus
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy services to improve function and independence
- Collaborate with COTAs and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity standards
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and progress
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
