About The Position

Theracare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based therapy services in the Mooresville School Systems. The part-time position involves working two days a week at a middle/high school. Theracare is an Indiana-based provider of contract physical, occupational, and speech therapy and describes its work as grounded in integrity, commitment, ownership, creativity, and advancement. Requirements

Bachelor of Science or an advanced degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current state license or certification.
Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board.
Preferably at least one year of rehabilitation experience.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including skilled nursing facilities, outpatient facilities, long-term care facilities, or home health care.
Competency in applying the principles, methods, materials, and equipment used in the specific therapy discipline.
Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of rehabilitation experience is preferred.
