Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program required.
Current unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice required.
Current CPR certification required.

Nice To Haves

Current NBCOT certification preferred.
Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience preferred; geriatric, rehabilitative, or PACE experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluates participants’ cognitive, physical, psychosocial, and perceptual functioning to promote independence and maximize participation in meaningful daily activities.
Develops and implements individualized treatment plans designed to enhance functional performance, improve quality of life, and support participants in maintaining the highest level of independence within the PACE model of care.
