About The Position

Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a creative and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide personalized rehabilitative care for senior patients living in senior living communities. The role focuses on helping residents improve their quality of life while building relationships with patients and collaborating with a rehabilitation therapy team. The therapist will evaluate and treat patients, contribute to community partnerships, and provide resident wellness education through consultations, program delivery, and patient awareness. The position offers career development and advancement opportunities. Pay range: $50.00–$60.00 per hour.

Requirements

Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice, or ability to obtain one before starting.
Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
Computer proficiency.
