About The Position

CentraCare is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to patients in Willmar, Minnesota. The role primarily serves pediatric patients, with some adult patients as required. The therapist conducts evaluations, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, monitors patient progress, and maintains accurate documentation. The position requires collaboration with physicians, caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support quality, coordinated care. This is a full-time position scheduled for 80 hours every two weeks. The schedule is flexible, with Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Starting pay is $82,274.40 per year and increases with experience; the stated salary range is $73,112.00 to $109,699.20 per year. Eligible candidates may receive a $5,000 hiring bonus and a $5,000 relocation bonus, subject to the stated eligibility and distance requirements. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Occupational Therapy.
Strong communication skills.
