About The Position
BAYADA is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists (OT) to join their Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and geographic coverage, with options for part-time (25+ visits/week) or per diem (5 visits/week). OTs will partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style, empowering caregivers to support their child’s development. Therapy is delivered in natural environments such as homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, and libraries. The role requires using electronic documentation for each visit and completing weekly scheduled visits.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- Passion for family-centered, community-based care
Nice To Haves
- Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
Responsibilities
