About The Position

Cole Health is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist to help transform children’s lives while working in a flexible, collaborative environment that supports mentorship and professional growth. The role offers flexible schedule options, including four 10-hour days or a traditional schedule, and either an all-in-clinic schedule or a hybrid arrangement with one remote day on Thursday or Friday and the remaining days in clinic. The therapist will work with a diverse pediatric caseload and have opportunities to develop clinically and pursue future leadership, mentorship, or program development roles.

Compensation is $70,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience, with pay based on clock-in/clock-out. Additional pay-per-visit models may be available if desired. The posting also offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus or loan payment assistance. Support includes on-site mentorship from occupational, physical, and speech therapists; collaboration with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts; and specialty-specific training from a Clinical Competency Specialist.
