About The Position
The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy to patients who require restoration of physical and mental functioning in order to gain independence in self-care and other activities. May supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Aides.
Requirements
- Certificate or degree from an accredited occupational therapy school.
- Preferably two years of clinical experience (if applicable).
- Licensed by the state in which the Occupational Therapist resides or practices, if state requires, and has received certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. (NBCOT).
