About The Position
Hemet Hills Post Acute is seeking a Per Diem OTR to join our dynamic therapy team. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on your schedule, whether you’re looking to pick up additional shifts or maintain hands-on patient care while balancing other commitments. In this role, you will work alongside an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain independence, improve function, and enhance their quality of life. We’re looking for a clinician who brings strong clinical skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for patient care.
Requirements
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to support team needs
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting
