About The Position

This is a contractor role for an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) at NeuroPeak Physiotherapy & Performance Centre. The role focuses on neuro and concussion rehabilitation, integrating neuroscience, technology, and human performance. NeuroPeak is a multidisciplinary center specializing in concussion & brain injury, trauma & PTSD, chronic pain, return to work, neurological optimization, and mental health. They emphasize a growth mindset, respect, elevating others, authenticity, and true grit.

Requirements

• Registered OT in good standing (CHCPBC)
• Experience in neuro, concussion, and/or mental health
• Strong documentation & communication skills
• A passion for mentorship, growth, and elevating the profession

Nice To Haves

• ICBC/WSBC/ECAT experience
• FCE or Cognitive FCE experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver neurological & concussion-focused OT services
• Lead and mentor fellow OTs and support UBC OT students
• Integrate advanced neuro-rehab technologies (training provided)
• Collaborate with a vibrant, brains-first interdisciplinary team
• Provide care both in-clinic and in the community as needed
