About The Position

Agape is hiring a full or part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their joyful, collaborative, and growing team. Agape provides Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) services for children of all ages and conditions living in the Tri-Cities (Richland, Kennewick and Pasco). Agape is a therapist-owned and locally run pediatric outpatient therapy clinic in Richland, WA, and has been voted BEST Pediatric Therapy clinic in Tri-Cities three years in a row. Requirements

• Must hold a current Washington state Occupational Therapy license.
• Out of state or a new grad not yet licensed, must be willing to obtain WA OT license.

Nice To Haves

• Prior pediatric experience isn't required - we provide training and support to help you succeed in this setting.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients.
• Develop and train caregivers in home programs.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Document clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate across disciplines.
• Attend team meetings.
• Manage time efficiently and follow schedule.
• Maintain active WA state licensure and complete all required CEUs.
• Support clinic culture and mission.
