About The Position

The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides a full range of occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. The role is performed in accordance with the position’s qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards. Synchrony provides an orientation personalized to the employee’s work environment and ongoing team support after orientation.

Requirements

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0–1 years.

Nice To Haves

• Current valid CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
