About The Position
Cole Health is seeking Occupational Therapists (OTR and COTA) to work with children in Lumberton, North Carolina. The position offers flexible scheduling, on-site collaboration with multiple disciplines, leadership support, training, and professional development assistance. Clinicians may choose hourly or pay-per-visit compensation, with schedules that can be traditional five-day weeks, four 10-hour days, or customized. Part-time opportunities may grow into full-time roles. The work includes a diverse pediatric caseload and opportunities for future mentorship, leadership, or program development.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in North Carolina.
