About The Position
Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Beaumont at Northborough (Northborough, MA) is seeking its next employee-owner team member. Part Time hours will be 20-24 hours weekly - flexible schedule! Symbria has been providing an outstanding work environment for talented employees to deliver patient-centered care to the geriatric population in senior-living and post-acute settings.
Requirements
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
- Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
- Available to work 20-24 hours each week consistently.

Responsibilities
- Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants.
- As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
- Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
