About The Position
St. Francis Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) to join our interdisciplinary team. If you're passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) license
- Current state licensure in good standing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs
