About The Position
Recruit Secure is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide home-based services for pediatric cases in the Bronx, NY. This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor opportunity with competitive pay. Services are provided after school hours in the child’s home. There are two available cases: Case 1 involves 19 hours of authorized services, and Case 2 involves 14.5 hours of authorized services. The OT can take one or both cases based on availability.
Requirements
- Active NYS Occupational Therapist license
- Reliable transportation to Bronx locations
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in the child’s home environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate session notes and documentation
- Collaborate with families and service providers to support progress
