About The Position

Join our beautiful pediatric clinic in the rapidly growing community of
Goodyear, Arizona, where you’ll provide individualized occupational therapy to
children with diverse developmental, learning, and social-emotional needs. In
our warm, supportive, practitioner-led environment you’ll develop personalized
treatment plans, conduct evaluations, collaborate with an interdisciplinary
team, and mentor Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to help children and
families truly thrive. This role combines rewarding hands-on clinical work with

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Nice To Haves

• Experience in school or pediatric clinical settings working with children facing developmental, learning, or social-emotional challenges
• Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and behavior interventions
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative, positive mindset and genuine passion for helping children succeed

Responsibilities

• Create and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans aligned with children’s IEPs or medical plans
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, ongoing assessments, and annual/triennial reviews
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation of therapy sessions and client progress
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to set meaningful goals and accommodations
• Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed
