About The Position

Entity Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is seeking an Occupational Therapist/OT for a PRN position in their outpatient rehabilitation department. This role involves evaluating, administering, and directing therapeutic procedures in physical medicine and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring practitioner. The therapist will establish goals for occupational therapy and reassess patient progress with appropriate documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in occupational therapy from an accredited school.
• Occupational Therapist South Carolina License.
• AHA BLS or equivalent certification required.

Nice To Haves

• One-year prior experience preferred.
• New graduates acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, administers and directs the administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in physical medicine and rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner.
• Establishes goals of occupational therapy and reassess this patient's progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation.
