About The Position
PAM Health Hampden is opening a brand-new rehabilitation hospital this summer and is looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their team. This role will involve caring for a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. PAM Health specializes in caring for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care, with over 80 hospital locations and more than 11,000 employees nationwide. They focus on delivering compassionate care to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Licensed as OT in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
- Current BLS certification required
Nice To Haves
- Prior inpatient hospital experience
- One (1) year of clinical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct patient care
- Planning and implementing specific treatment programs in an age-appropriate manner for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health System
- Further development of services
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the System within many different facilities
