About The Position

Cole Health is hiring pediatric Occupational Therapists for clinic-based work in San Marcos, Texas, with an option to work full-time at the San Marcos clinic or split time between its San Marcos and Schertz clinics. The role offers a flexible schedule, initially 30–35 hours per week, with the opportunity to build to 40 hours per week as the caseload grows. A preferred schedule is 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with flexible options available. The position is also open to COTAs. The clinician will provide meaningful care to children as part of a collaborative team, with on-site mentorship from OT, PT, and speech therapy colleagues and guidance from Board-Certified Behavior Analysts on complex cases. Cole Health offers specialty-specific training, professional development support, leadership pathways, and the possibility of future opportunities in leadership, mentorship, or program development. Annual compensation for OTRs is $70,000–$85,000 and for COTAs is $59,000–$65,000, based on experience and a 40-hour work week. Pay is based on clock-in/clock-out time; flexible models may include additional pay-per-visit options. Sign-on bonus and/or loan payment assistance is available.

Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas.
One or more years of pediatric experience preferred.
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
