About The Position

The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides a full range of occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Requirements

• Have and maintain a current, valid state OT license or registration.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• 0–1 years of experience.

Nice To Haves

• Current valid CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
