About The Position

The Occupational Therapist (OT) - Inpatient Rehabilitation position at Palomar Health Rehabilitation Institute is a full-time role focused on evaluating patients and developing treatment plans to improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance functional independence. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Experience in inpatient rehab preferred.
• Current license to practice occupational therapy.
• CPR certification required.
• Must pass background check.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills required.
• Familiarity with rehab documentation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
