Evaluate patients using information from the patient, physicians, family members, and interdisciplinary team meetings. Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals aligned with the continuum of care. Demonstrate ageāappropriate care and clinical competency in professional equipment use and safety. Reāevaluate patient progress and update plans as needed, ensuring accurate documentation and billing. Provide patient and family education to support ongoing success. Qualifications š What You Bring 2 years of relevant experience in acute care or inpatient rehabilitation Bachelorās degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an approved program Current Alabama Occupational Therapist license (temporary permit accepted) Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification Ability to thrive in a fastāpaced environment A patientāfocused approach with excellent communication and problemāsolving skills šŖ Physical & Sensory Expectations This role requires frequent bending, stair climbing, kneeling, reaching, lifting 10ā34 lbs, standing, walking, and fine motor skillsācommon for handsāon therapy work.
