About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide home-based care to patients with debilitating conditions. The role helps patients improve their ability to perform everyday tasks and develop daily living skills and basic motor functions, while also helping them compensate for losses of function. Occupational Therapists provide skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach family members and other members of the health care team. Services are delivered according to physicians’ orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director. The listed annual compensation is $85,000–$90,000. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the employee practices.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience is preferred; less experience may be accepted with approval from the Regional Vice President and/or Regional Director of Therapy Services based on prior experience setting.
- Medicare home health experience is preferred.
Responsibilities

- Administer skilled care to clients who require intermittent professional services.
- Teach patients’ families and other members of the health care team.
