About The Position

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for a full-time, school-based position in the Katy, TX area for the upcoming school year. As a school-based Occupational Therapist, you will work with students to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence, helping them fully access their educational environment. You'll collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule aligned with school hours, no evenings or weekends, school holidays and summers off, a consistent caseload within a structured environment, meaningful collaboration with multidisciplinary school teams, and the opportunity to see measurable growth in students over the school year.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Texas OT license (or ability to obtain)

Nice To Haves

• NBCOT certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services aligned with student IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement classroom strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
