About The Position

Cole Health is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide meaningful care to children while benefiting from a flexible schedule, mentorship, and professional development. The position is based at 1202 E. Sonterra Blvd., Building 6, Suite 609, San Antonio, TX 78258. Schedules may include four 10-hour days or a traditional schedule. Compensation is $70,000–$85,000 annually based on experience, with pay based on clock-in/clock-out; additional pay-per-visit options may be available. A $5,000 sign-on bonus and/or loan payment assistance is available. The role offers on-site mentorship from occupational, physical, and speech therapy colleagues; collaboration with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts on complex cases; and specialty-specific training from a Clinical Competency Specialist. Clinicians can work with a diverse pediatric caseload and pursue leadership, mentorship, or program development opportunities. The organization also supports professional development and community involvement.

Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas.
At least 1 year of pediatric experience is preferred.
Passion for making a difference in children’s lives.
Growth-minded, adaptable, and excited to innovate in healthcare.

Nice To Haves

Spanish-speaking ability.
At least 1 year of pediatric experience.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to children.
Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, including on complex cases.
Participate in specialty-specific training and professional development.
Contribute to community service and therapeutic mission initiatives.
